The Problem We Want to Solve
Indonesia’s education system produces graduates lacking problem-solving and communication skills. Employers (60%) say education doesn’t meet job needs; 49% of graduates feel underqualified. Indonesia ranks 65th in teacher quality. Gandeng Foundation’s four programs—G-Consulting, G-Scholarship, G-Connect & Empower, and G-Business Case Competition—bridge this gap with soft skills training.
Gandeng Consulting is a consulting-based learning program for aspiring top students through intensive courses, real client projects, and professional consultant coaching. It offers students real-world experience by working on strategic business cases, helping them develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Gandeng Connect & Empower is a biannual networking event aimed at fostering connections between young professionals and industry leaders through focused discussions, mentorship, and career exploration across various industries.
The Gandeng Business Case Competition is an event that challenges students to tackle complex business problems, encouraging creative thinking, teamwork, and the application of academic knowledge to real-world scenarios.
The Gandeng Scholarship offers financial assistance and mentorship to exceptional Gandeng Consulting Mentees, supporting their growth and development in both professional and personal aspects.
